Job Title: Attorney

Job Description:

• Research, analyze, and interpret laws, rulings, regulations, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients and represent them in court.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia (DC bar a plus).
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Criminal Defense Law
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Familiarity with legal software and research tools.
• Additional certifications or specialized training.
