Work Schedule:
Largely remote position during business hours, typically 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, though additional weekday and weekend hours may be routinely required.
Position Summary:
Based upon experience and extensive knowledge of document review workflows, technologies, and relevant case law and applicable rules, the Discovery Attorney will employ best practices in working with case teams, litigation support, and clients to design, implement, and manage strategic, cost effective, and defensible approaches to eDiscovery.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution, and membership in good standing of the California bar. Must have at least 5 years discovery experience working with electronic document reviews and productions in Relativity/RelativityOne and other document review platforms.
