Job Description
Job Title: Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team in Irvine. As an Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients on various legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law with exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on general liability issues and provide accurate legal opinions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Proven 2+ years of experience in general liability or insurance litigation
- Excellent knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
