Job Title: Attorney

Position Overview:

• Conduct legal research and analysis regarding trusts, estate, and private client matters
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel
• Draft legal documents and contracts
• Represent clients in court proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar association of Florida
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law
• Specialization in a specific area of law is preferred
