We are currently seeking an experienced Attorney to join our legal team in Philly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and a proven track record of success in providing legal counsel and representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare and draft legal documents
  • Advise clients on legal matters
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Negotiate and mediate on behalf of clients

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in PA or NJ
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
