Job Description
Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team in the greater Arlington area. As an Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Offer legal representation and advice to clients on various legal matters.
- Research and analyze legal issues to provide informed opinions.
- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in DC and in the state of Virginia (Maryland bar is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
