Attorney Job Description
We are seeking a qualified lateral Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of legal issues
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas state bar
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
