Attorney Job Description

We are seeking a qualified lateral Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of legal issues
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas state bar
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
