Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago. As an Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert legal advice and representation across a range of regulatory compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Provide legal counsel to clients on various legal matters
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Illinois state bar association
• Proven experience working as a regulatory Attorney (Insurance regulatory experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
