Job Description

Job Title: Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law with a focus on marketing and advertising law.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings
  • Draft legal documents and contracts
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar of Illinois
  • 3+ years of experience practicing Marketing and/or Advertising law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
