Job Description:
- Represent clients in Insurance Defense proceedings.
- Conduct research, analyze legal documents, and interpret laws and regulations
- Present evidence and arguments in court to support clients
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and deeds
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as paralegals and legal assistants
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience in the Insurance Defense field.
- Admitted to the Atlanta state bar association
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
The pay listed for this role is $125k.
