Job Description
Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law with a focus on White Collar litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients pertaining to white collar matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia
- 3+ years of experience in White Collar Defense
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
