Job Description
Associate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our client's team in the Hempstead New York area. As an Associate Attorney at the firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and gain valuable experience in various areas of law.
Pay ranges from 95,000-140,000.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appear in court and represent clients at hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Provide legal advice to clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
