Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team in San Francisco. As an Associate Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of white collar defense cases and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to white collar defense matters.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
• Assist with case preparation and strategy

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 2+ years as a white collar litigation attorney
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
