Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Orange County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law with a focus on White Collar Defense matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in courts, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex white collar cases
• Provide legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar of California
• 2+ years of experience in white collar defense
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
