Asbestos Attorney

We are seeking a qualified Asbestos Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles with pay starting at 180K. The ideal candidate will have experience handling asbestos-related cases and possess a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in asbestos litigation
Conduct legal research and analysis related to asbestos cases
Prepare and file legal documents
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Advise clients on legal rights and options

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Demonstrated experience in asbestos litigation
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
