Asbestos Attorney
We are seeking a qualified Asbestos Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles with pay starting at 180K. The ideal candidate will have experience handling asbestos-related cases and possess a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in asbestos litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to asbestos cases
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal rights and options
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Demonstrated experience in asbestos litigation
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
