Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, exceptional project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of architectural projects, including design, planning, construction, and close-out
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in project management within the architectural industry
• Advanced knowledge of architectural design, construction techniques, and materials
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
