Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in the St. Louis area with pay starting at 80K. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs and blueprints for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, excellent design skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and preferences
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards
• Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture and design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience working as an Architectural Designer
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and building materials
• Excellent communication and project management skills
