Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in the Fort Worth area with pay starting at 70K. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans for various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client's needs and project requirements
• Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
