Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Charlotte. In this role, you will be responsible for creating design concepts, developing detailed drawings, and collaborating with team members to bring architectural projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative design concepts for architectural projects
• Create detailed drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with team members including architects, engineers, and project managers
• Ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience working as an Architectural Designer
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
