Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Des Moines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. As an Architect, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and budget constraints
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or similar software
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams to oversee building projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
