Architect

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in Houston with pay starting around 100K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing new buildings, extensions, alterations, and restoration projects.
• Developing detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory authorities.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience working as an Architect.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and creative thinking.
