Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in the Farmingdale area with pay ranging from 75K-110K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate progress, provide recommendations, and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience working as an Architect in a reputable firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
