Job Title: Architect
Location: Rochester
Pay: 100K
Job Description:
- Design and create plans for new structures, renovations, and extensions
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor
- Use software to create drawings and 3D models
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Professional license is preferred
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
