Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in the Philadelphia area with pay starting around 100K. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, renovations, and extensions. The Architect will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, create detailed drawings and models, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
• Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Proven work experience as an Architect
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong creative and technical skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
