Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in the Des Moines area with pay starting at 75K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures while ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and budgets.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all architectural designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience working as an Architect.
• Excellent design and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
