Job Title: Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in the Charlotte area with pay starting at 100K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, alterations, and extensions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop architectural solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

• Develop architectural designs in line with client requirements and budget constraints
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design issues that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proven experience working as an Architect
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
