Outside Sales Representative

Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000+ Depending on Experience

A growing company in the Jacksonville area is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working directly with customers throughout the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or services

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing

• Conduct in-person meetings and regularly visit customers throughout the territory

• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects

• Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales presentations

• Track sales activity and customer information through a CRM

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience

• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable prospecting and developing business from new accounts

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to travel locally throughout the Jacksonville market

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Base salary of $55,000–$70,000+, depending on experience

• Additional earning potential may be available based on performance
