Job Description


Qualifications for the Associate Attorney:
  • 2-5 experience working for a firm
  • New Mexico State Bar License is required
  • Must be diligent
  • Must have strong communication skills (written/verbal/listening)
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities for the Associate Attorney:
  • Meet with clients via Zoom or phone
  • Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements
  • Negotiating contacts
  • Settling claims and advocating for clients in court
  • Handles specifically insurance defense law
