Regulatory Attorney

We are seeking a talented and experienced Regulatory Attorney to join our legal team in New York City. As a Regulatory Attorney, you will be responsible for ensuring our company complies with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters affecting the company
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize regulatory risks
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulations
• Represent the company in regulatory proceedings and audits

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing regulatory compliance law (Preferably in the Insurance industry)
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
