Job Description
We are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with at least 3-5 years of experience. The ideal Business Immigration Paralegal will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who has the ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time, and who works well independently and as part of a team. Your Business Immigration Paralegal Duties And Responsibilities
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Prepare a full-range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients including
- H-1B, L-1, TNs, Perms, I-140s and I-485 applications
- Manage high volume clients
- Track status of filings
- Gather documents from relevant stakeholders
- Assemble and organize filings with the government
- Contact various government agencies for status updates
- Help back office to process paperless system
- Demonstrate ability to handle case load while maintaining high level of productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Meets assigned deadlines
- Communicate case progress/status/issues to lawyers
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment
