Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in the Charlotte area with pay starting at 75K. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, blueprints, and layouts for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
• Create detailed drawings and designs using software tools such as AutoCAD
• Develop architectural plans that adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience working as an Architectural Designer
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
